Luisa Fernanda Molano is a highly respected executive coach, speaker, author, and community builder. As the founder of Path to Purpose, she guides ambitious and driven females who want fulfillment along their journey of income and impact. Molano
With 15+ years of corporate experience across Fortune 200 and 500 companies and seven years of collaborating with start-ups and entrepreneurs at various business stages across more than ten countries, Luisa brings impressive depth and breadth to her work. She’s shared her insights on stages like Entrepreneurs Organization, Innosphere Ventures, and UncommonFuture, as well as non-profit spaces like the La Habra City School District.
Luisa's academic journey includes attending Regis University and obtaining dual executive and embodiment coaching certifications. She studied under figures like Steve Hardison, Rich Litvin, and shaman LánéSaán Moonwalker.
Despite nearly two decades in the corporate world, Luisa yearned for a deeper sense of fulfillment. She craved the freedom to make a significant impact. and to have a bigger impact. Recognizing her innate calling for something greater, she embarked on a journey to shape a life filled with purpose and influence beyond corporate. Thus, Path to Purpose was born. Through her signature program, the $100K Accelerator, Luisa empowers women to shift from overthinking into decisive action and transform perfectionism into progress. Complementing this coaching initiative is her vibrant community, HERlocity, comprised of ambitious women dedicated to amplifying their personal growth and business success.

Luisa has served as a Colorado Governor’s Fellow and has held board positions in the public and private sectors. Path to Purpose offers an ongoing full-year coaching scholarship to emerging Latina talent.
As part of her commitment to a purposeful life, Luisa co-authored a picture book with her young niece titled “I Believe In Me: How Little Ideas Become Big Dreams.” Their mission is to impact one million lives!
Luisa’s semi-nomadic life involves dividing her time between Florida, Denver, and Arizona, where she shares adventures with her husband, Townsend.
