Who I Am
I am the Chief Executive Officer of LMTLSS Academy, a transformational coach, speaker, and award-winning author.
I worked in Fortune 200 and 500 companies for more than 15 years before becoming an entrepreneur in 2017. Since then, I have served as a guide to CEOs, founders, and transformational coaches around the globe.
I’ve spoken at numerous events, including EO (Entrepreneurs Organization), SHRM (The Society for Human Resources Management), Innosphere Ventures, and nonprofit organizations such as the La Habra City School District and UncommonFuture.
My academic journey includes attending Regis University, where I studied Organizational Development. I have dual certifications in executive and embodiment coaching. I have coached with Steve Hardison and Rich Litvin and apprenticed with shaman LánéSaán Moonwalker.
I was part of the inaugural class of the Colorado Governor’s Fellowship Program, a competitive, year-long program for mid-to-senior level professionals in the private, public, or nonprofit sectors. I have held board positions in the public and private sectors, and I offer an ongoing full-year coaching scholarship to emerging Latina talent.
I co-authored a children's book with my nine-year-old niece titled “I Believe In Me: How Little Ideas Become Big Dreams.” In 2024, it won the Gold Moonbeam Children’s Book Award.
